Distinctive spatial design
Telenor's MWC 2026 stand was one of the most distinctive environments on the show floor. Visitors stopped mid-stride to say how much they loved it. Exec teams visiting the stand for meetings asked who had designed it. The client was delighted. It was, in the truest sense, a concept rather than a branded space - a coherent design world that built on last year's Northern Lights stand and elevated it into something even more refined and emotionally resonant.
The defining element was the elliptical overhead canopy: a rippling banner of transparent voile with dynamic lighting that shifted through the greens, blues and purples of the Northern Lights palette. It immediately eye-catching and unmistakably distinctive from far across the hall but its impact inside the stand was just as significant. The canopy created a sense of place, an almost proprioceptive quality that gave visitors a grounded, sheltered feeling despite the vast ceiling heights of the venue. Combined with the soft natural planting of heather and lavender, the warm timber flooring, and the predominantly white environment, the stand achieved something rare at a major trade show: genuine calm. A true oasis in the hectic busyness of MWC.
flexible business hospitality
The open area at the front of the stand proved highly versatile, transitioning effortlessly between relaxed networking space and formal presentations around the 5 x 2.5m curved ultra high-resolution LED wall. Hidden away to one side was the private business suite of formal meeting rooms - quiet, air-conditioned, and finished with a five-star Scandinavian elegance that felt a world away from the show floor outside.
The result was a stand that didn't just represent Telenor - it expressed their values through every material, every curve, and every carefully considered detail. Nordic in spirit, celestial in atmosphere, and genuinely one of the standout environments at MWC 2026.
